Jeff Schuhrke

Assistant Professor, Harry Van Arsdale Jr. School of Labor Studies
Jeff Schuhrke holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Illinois Chicago and an M.S. in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He teaches labor history, organizing, and education for union members. His research explores the U.S. labor movement’s global role. Recent books include Blue-Collar Empire and No Neutrals There.

Dr. Jason Russell

Professor, Public Affairs and Policy
Dr. Jason Russell holds a Ph.D. in History from York University and an M.A. from Empire State University. He is a historian of work and labor in the United States and Canada. He enjoys writing, teaching, and helping students strengthen their critical reasoning skills. His current projects include a book and journal articles.
